What is CBT
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is a form of talking therapy which can help a person look at situations differently, to help them understand their thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
CBT focusing on challenging the unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and gradually changing our behaviours. CBT emphasises that it is not the situations that causes distress but how the person has interpreted or viewed the situation and
with the help of CBT we hope to challenge that for a better outcome which leads to a better mood.
